NICKSTONERS SEAFOOD AND STEAK HOUSE IS A Fabulous family run dining experience. Hand cut steaks, superb seafood, chicken parm, fun drink specials you! Make reservations to ensure seating, lovely restored inn, next to golf course, weddings birthdays, showers, mega Halloween party. The ward family does it all well.
My god the size of some of the meals. Good food. Although a little heavy on the butter. Expect some service issues but always with a smile. Good variety on choices and lots of specials. Bathroom finally upgraded from past. Very clean.
My favorite... Bacon wrapped scallops, real burgers, awesome streaks, seafood and veggie dishes. Lots of craft beers and tasty cocktails! Make reservations and enjoy the company you're with, everything is custom made.
Our dinner at Nick Stoners was nothing less than amazing. I wish I could find the rest of my photos!!! We also got the nightly special...Mardi Gras Seafood Alfredo... It was amazing. Perfect balance of well prepared mussels, shrimp and scallops- pasta al dente..Alfredo clung just right!! My husband took a chance with the porterhouse. We generally shy away from steaks at a restaurant because we are so often disappointed. Not. This time. Cooked to perfection and seasoned the same... I will be ordering a steak next time we have the pleasure of darkening Nick Stoner's door. I must confess however the highlight of our evening was the fried oysters. PERFECTION. I can't stop thinking about them! Simply the best fried oysters I have ever tasted- perfect amount of crunch encasing generously plump and juicy oysters. The food dreams are made of! Craft beer selection is diverse and locally inspired. Service was attentive. Plan to spend some time here as the food is prepped fresh and made to order. Additionally it should be mentioned: if you hope to split a check within your party there will be a "service fee". For our bill of $277 (party of 4) I noticed a service fee for ~ $4+ to split the bill down the middle. If not for that additional service fee Nick Stoner's would have easily earned 5 stars.
